POSH Card Terms of Use

Privacy:	Senjakala Spa will not share your personal information with anyone, anytime. Contact information will only be used to mail or email you information concerning changes or additions to the program or new benefits or special offers to members.
Validity:	Your POSH Card has no cash value and can only be used by you; you cannot sell, assign, or transfer your card or its benefits to anyone else; if you do so, your POSH membership will be revoked and no refund of fees will be provided.
Card Loss:	If your card is lost or stolen, please report the loss to Senjakala Spa at +603-2031-8082 immediately. There will be a surcharge of RM15.00 to replace a lost or stolen card.
Issuer:	Your POSH Card is issued by Scenic Asia Sdn Bhd and remains the property of Senjakala Spa. Your card must be surrendered on our request on termination of your membership or termination of the program. The POSH Privilege Card Program, participating outlets (more to come - contact us to be part of the family!) and benefits are subject to change or terminated without notice.
Card Use:	Please sign your POSH Card immediately on receipt. Please present your POSH Card on arrival at participating outlets to claim your benefits. Benefits are subject to terms and conditions and to change without notice.
