Senjakala Spa's Out Call Menu (also called Outdoor Service in Malaysia) delivers some of our best massage therapies direct to your hotel or residence. With nett charges including transport and travel time, you'll know exactly how much you'll pay up front... no surprises, no worries. Choose from massage, body scrubs and other grooming treatments that can be performed in the privacy of your hotel or home.

Out Call prices include transport and travel time based on distance. Promotional prices & POSH discounts do not apply to Out Call services, unless specified otherwise in the Promotions page.

To make things as easy & simple as possible, the pricing chart below shows you the total price you'll pay based on the treatment you select and the area in which you are staying. In other words, all prices in the chart below are NETT, including the treatment cost, taxi and travel time charges (prices quoted do not include service charge).

Definitions:

The "Downtown Zone" includes Central Kuala Lumpur (Bukit Bintang, KLCC, Jalan Sultan Ismail, etc), Bukit Tunku, Ampang Hilir, Taman Miharja (Cheras), Bangsar, Mid Valley City, and Taman Desa.

The "PJ/Cheras Zone" includes OUG-Jalan Klang Lama, Petaling Jaya, Damansara, Damansara Utama, Bandar Utama, TTDI, Subang (old airport and Subang Parade areas), Ampang Jaya, UK Heights & Bukit Antarabangsa, and Cheras (past Bandar Tun Razak).

"After 11.30PM" means any treatment that finishes after 11.30PM, even if it started before then.

Outcall Service in other areas - for example, Mines Resort City, Cyberjaya/Putrajaya, KLIA, Puchong, Shah Alam etc. - are available but higher prices (from RM90.00 onwards) will apply based on taxi charges of both ways. We do not cater for Genting Highlands, Batu Caves, Nilai.

Terms & Conditions:

1. You will need to provide us with your full name (for verification purposes with the hotel), contact phone number, hotel and room number (or residential address) to arrange for Outcall Service. We will confirm with you at the phone number provided immediately before sending the therapist for your booking. Do give us minimum 1 hour to prepare.
2. Out Call service is available 7 days a week from Noon to Midnight; appointments can start as early as 12:00 PM or as late as 1:00 AM by prior arrangement (Minimum 24 hours advance booking required for very early or very late appointments).
   
3. All treatments shown above are for 90 minute massages except the Sensutera Massage (2 hrs). Please inform our Customer Service in advance if you would like your massage at 120 min. or even 180 min.
   
   3.1 Our pricing calculator follows the regular prices in our Massage Menu, and add RM40.00 for the Outcall/Transportation charges. Additional surcharge of RM15.00 for PJ/Cheras Zones applies. Additional surcharge of RM15.00 should the treatment begins, or ends, at 11.30pm applies.
   
   Example: Swedish/2hrs/Damansara/10pm = RM120+40+15+15.
   
   
4. Our therapist will bring all necessary oils and other spa treatment products with him for your therapy, please let us know if you'd also like him to bring additional towels or even a portable massage treatment table for your spa home delivery appointment.
5. We do not provide any 'extra service' other than what is quoted on your bill.
6. The therapist will present your bill and collect payment in cash at the end of the appointment for all services. Credit cards will only be accepted by prior arrangement with Senjakala Spa. Please inform our Customer Service in advance if you would like to pay by credit card. Major credit cards accepted (Mastercard, Visa, American Express).
7. Prices quoted do not include service charge; please feel free to tip your outcall therapist if you enjoyed your home delivery spa treatment.
8. Home delivery services can also be pre-booked by email if you are traveling to Kuala Lumpur and have not yet arrived. Please provide your full name, hotel information (address & phone number) and the earliest time we can call you at your hotel to re-confirm the arrangements and room number, in addition to the details of the massage therapy, date, time and duration you would like to pre-book.
9. We apply the same high standards of quality therapy and customer service to spa home delivery as we do to treatment at Senjakala Spa. Once you have booked an outcall appointment, if your therapist fails to show up on time for the appointment, or if there are any other problems with our spa home delivery services, please call us at +603-2031-8082 and ask to speak with a Duty Manager.
